New One-Day Aquacise Course

Aquacise is now developing a 1-Day Contact Course, to embrace the pre-existing knowledge of staff in the Leisure Industry.

Aquacise is currently operating over a 4-day course, which is available for clients with no prior knowledge of anatomy & physiology, principles of fitness training or teaching qualities. Anyone holding a current Exercise to Music Level 11, Gym Instructors Level 11 or teaching qualification in PE or equivalent will be able to take the new 1-Day Contact Course – this course will require a substantial amount of home study work (min. 16 hours) in addition to the 1-day (8 hour contact). STA and Aquacise hope that this will enable more clients to attend and qualify in Aquacise in the future.
