Become an Aquacise Tutor

The Swimming Teachers' Association (STA) has developed an Aquacise Teachers Training Programme specifically for those who want to become a fully qualified Aquacise teacher full time or moreover to expand their teaching portfolio. It is designed to train teachers to take aqua sessions of most ability ranges and all fitness levels from the beginner to the athlete. The programme uses the resistance of water and other available aqua exercise equipment.

As well as the swell in demand for more classes, Aquacise is fast becoming a popular 'extra' for the increasing amount of fitness instructors who want to take their knowledge into the water.
